Dawn focuses her practice on municipal law and public entity matters. She spent nearly two decades serving as a county attorney in three different counties, where she tried a variety of municipal cases, including jury trials, and prosecuted ordinance and traffic violations.

Experience

Dawn focuses her practice on municipal law, public entity matters, and complex civil litigation. She also is experienced in all guardianship matters, including litigating contested guardianships and acting as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL).


She spent nearly two decades serving as a county attorney in three different counties (Dodge County, Calumet County, and Green Lake County), where she tried a variety of municipal cases, including jury trials, and prosecuted ordinance and traffic violations.


Dawn has also taught educational courses as a trainer on mental health laws for mental health crisis workers for the UW Green Bay Behavioral Health Training Program.

Community Involvement & Personal

Dawn volunteers with the Wisconsin Bar Wills for Heroes Program and enjoys judging the High School Mock Trial regional tournament. She also volunteers as a judge for the Beaver Dam, WI Teen Court program. Dawn lives in Beaver Dam with her family.
